Position: Senior Facilities Manager
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Superior is looking for a highly organized Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility (ALF) in Gahanna, Ohio. The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining consistent office standards, leading special projects, and effective vendor and facility management across all locations. In addition, the Senior Facilities Manager will support the procurement and coordination of jobsite offices across our active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility operations
  • Maintain consistent office policies, procedures, and standards across locations
  • Lead office layout and space planning to support present needs and anticipated additions
  • Ensure that all spaces are appropriately maintained, organized, and clean
  • Support leadership with special projects, audits, and facility upgrades
  • Oversee front-desk operations, including oversight of supply ordering, deliveries, equipment maintenance, and guest experience
  • Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and office expenses
  • Partner with Procurement to support with jobsite office leasing and furniture buys for jobsites
  • Liaise with building owners and management for repairs, security, and related issues
  • Ensure compliance, permits, and safety requirements tied to office operations

Your Expertise

  • Required: You have at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or multi-site facility coordination
  • Required: You are proficient with Microsoft Office and facility-related systems
  • Required: You have strong vendor management and budgeting skills
  • Bonus Points: You have strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance)
  • Bonus Points: You have experience supporting multi-site facilities
  • Bonus Points: You have experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facility
