Position: Superintendent
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Range: $43 - $46 per hour

The Superior Group is taking on new and exciting construction projects, and we’re now looking to expand our team even further.

As a Superintendent, you’re the leader of our construction jobsites. You set the tone for our teams, serve as the chief liaison with the General Contractor, and interface regularly with TSG executives.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
• Direct teams of electricians on large-scale construction jobsites from start to finish
• Oversee the financial performance and risk management of the project
• Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues to move the job forward
• Continually mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to TSG executives
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout

Your Expertise

• You have at least 8 years of experience serving as a General Foreman or Superintendent
• You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $20M+
• You are knowledgeable in industry codes, standards, requirements, and methods
• You have knowledge of construction management software
