Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May – August). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll gain exposure to our recruiting efforts and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including how we attract, source, and hire top talent to support our company's growth. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing strategies, talent market researches, and screening processes
  • Support resume reviews and help identify potential candidates for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support talent pipeline tracking and documentation of recruiting activities
  • Participate in projects that build your understanding of recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent strategy

Education

  • Required: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
