Position: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: VP of Technology Services
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000
We take into consideration a number of factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.
Superior is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Technology Services team. This role plays a key part in keeping our projects, certifications, reporting, and administrative processes organized and on track. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain department filing systems, and project documentation
- Support the Department Executive with scheduling, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Track professional licenses, continuing education, manufacturer certifications, renewals, partner programs, POS reporting, and related compliance requirements
- Manage department operational tracking, including test equipment calibration, fleet coordination, jobsite tracking, and timekeeping
- Assist with recruiting coordination, business development materials, bid packages, and contract documentation
- Support job setup, budget uploads, expense reporting, and general administrative processes
- Prepare polished documents, including agendas, meeting recaps, spreadsheets, and presentation decks
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Field Operations staff in a collaborative team environment

Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Required: You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bonus Points: You have familiarity with Google Workspace
- Bonus Points: You have experience in Technology Services or the construction industry
