Position: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
We take into consideration a number of factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.
Superior is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in coordination with the Senior Executive Assistant, including calendar support, travel coordination, expense reporting, and event planning. This role will be based at our company headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with calendar coordination and expense reporting in support of executive leadership
- Lead team member onboarding coordination for assigned departments and manage employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate executive travel logistics, lodging, meetings, and meal reservations
- Support coordination and execution of internal and external company events
- Maintain a high volume of confidential information and correspondence

- You have a strong executive presence and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- You’re exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail
- You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive data and information
- You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is needed
- You’re efficient and know how to prioritize
Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 2 years of experience in executive support or an event coordination role
- Required: You're proficient in technology and are very familiar with Outlook and Google Workspace
